Good morning from Berlin,
As you may have noticed from the course of the last few posts, this blog is shifting a bit. Towards thinking more about future topics.
Here is why.
Tomorrow‘s world is shaped by today‘s actions. That‘s why it is so important to think about the future. It helps us to see the present more clearly. It helps us to make good decisions in the present.
How should we act today to live in a better world tomorrow? This is the new central question of Strolling Economist. And since I am an economist, I answer this question from an economic perspective.
In doing so, I look at major issues such as climate change as well as personal topics such as raising children or health. Everything that economics knows about our future is discussed here. I firmly believe that this is the most important thing we can do. Because the future is not something we enter. The future is something we create.
Beyond that, everything will stay the same here. I stroll around, keep my eyes open, think about – and write it down. :-)
Walk on,
The Strolling Economist
