Good morning from Berlin,
I was on vacation to Italy for a week. I took the train through half of Europe. The accommodation in the Apuan Alps was enchanting. In the morning, I bought marching provisions in the village shop. And in the evening I enjoyed dinner in the village restaurant.
Thanks to the many offers, I had a great time. Or in other words: Thanks to the striving for profits of countless participants, I was able to travel, stay overnight, and stop off.
Isn't it as strange as it is marvellous to live in a society where everyone follows their own interests and benefits, and at the same time, this selfish behaviour is for the well-being of others, in the best case, for the well-being of all? And wouldn't it be high time to abandon the still widespread notion that striving for profits is the root of all evil?
Strolling Greetings,
Johannes Eber
